And it would not be just any lawyer or paralegal commentator, but the dreaded Litigant who panics Liabilityphobe into shutting down forums and purging the archives suddenly and without prior consultation. Litigant is often triggered, in the first place, by the secretive and out of context quotations and straw man arguments widely disseminated by Devious Cross-Poster (not to be confused with any open and legitimate sensible cross-posts that never the less draw down the wrath of the Netiquette Nazis and raving Xenophobes or even the Weenie for such "insensitivity").
