Did some research - this guy's 18, has a very English-sounding name, and is from Wisconsin. I'd blame him on the public school system, except I went there too and seem to have turned out with a vocabulary and the ability to write a coherent sentance. I'd say he's just plain Garble.

I'd have to put him down as a Net Rat, possibly one who gets too much caffine. The lanaguage he's using speaks of someone who types in the same way they talk. That, in itself, is in the manner of someone whose mind and mouth don't work together. They say things and leave gaps that their own minds fill in, but everyone else has to guess what they were thinking. Most net people being consciously fixing this as they spend more time online, because they get tired of being repeatedly asked to decypher their writing.
