A subspecies of Blowhard, This warrior tires to back up his arguments not with his alleged credntials on the topic, but because he claims to know a person with credentials on the topic, and is thus an expert-by-association.
"well, so and so who I work with is a lawyer, and HE says......"
or
"I've talked this subject over with actual law enforcement officers, and they agree that my idea would work to reduce crime"
Wether he puts forth the "expert's" opinion as his own, or claims that his views are validated by the other person, he's still a weak warrior since he cannot respond without consulting with his buddies first, they may in fact not even exsist. |

Namedropper refers to the "big names" - just plain well-known people. This guy knows someone in the field, as it were.

Hm. That is true. I think this is distinct from Namedropper (meaning a good suggestion), but there's definitely some relation. That's not a bad thing; I think a lot of warriors may have relatives and natural allies.
