An agile warrior who prefers to make his opponent look stupid rather than confront them directly. A master of sarcasm, parody, exploiting flaws, and logical traps. May also use facts and reasoning, but these are usually secondary attacks after the enemy's argument has already been thoroughly ridiculed.

This is my favourite warrior! 
On one site that I frequent, someone started a thread about "how the site was clickish and slowly dieing" (his spelling not mine...he was whinging about being ignored).
My favourite snark responded with:
"Have you considered saying something interesting?"
I find that snarks are able to nail the post using very few words. I rarely get offended and am always somewhat flummoxed when other people do...they are either loved or hated, they rarely elicit apathy.
They make the best allies in a war and are generally more astute than other members of a forum. |

Thanks for the welcomes and the feedback . I just noticed there wasnt really a sarcastic, smartass warrior, and that's my favorite kind. Found this site through TvTropes, btw. It totally made my day.

That's... ironic. Perchance, have you ever heard of someone called Jim Profit? He trolled here for a while and claimed he helped found TVTropes, then got booted, banned, and erased from TVT history by the co-founder. |
