Yes, one of the largest. They also have a forum section that Markus Frind has been trying to downplay for the last year.

People are making fun of him all over the net. He threatened to tell the hacker's mom, for christ sake. Laughing

I've read enough spin to see it for what it is - apart from knowing a little bit about computers.

It would be one of the few security bugs that would be "fixed" in a few minutes, unless their security is practically non existent.

Love comments like no harm done, only 345 ... hello if "they" were really concerned, well that's 345 people they need to contact to tell them that someone has all their personal details. I can bet that never happened.

Also if you're serious at "hacking" and you gain access, that's an odd number to stop at, unless of course it's really just a case you've found a way to break a system and are just looking around to see how open the system is. I think it is probably just an exploit like what I used to use to "get" access to certain driver file areas before many sites adopted tighter security in 2004.

Markus Frind does his own coding...need I say more? He was warned about the vulnerability of the site in 2004 by two of his moderators. he didn't care then and he won't care now.

They are trying to extort us, but they are making stuff up as they go along because they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. At this point I did the only logical thing; I emailed his mother."

Why do I picture The Comic Book guy from The Simpsons voice saying this when I think about it...

Don't knock the telling of his mom thing. I've wanted to tell Richard Burlew's mom of his shenanigans. Think about it... what better way to shame someone then to have their mom bitch at them?

It'd be so fitting. The way Richard Burlew and Moot love to ban everyone cause "it's their forum, and I'm a guest". Wouldn't it be ironic if their fat momma kicked them out of the house? It's her house after all... now how we'll he abuse his forum with no place to live?

We need to publicly humiliate all these mother fuckers.

Hi Mollie - yes I loaded up the site and had looked though the source for any clues that it was build using standard software packages ... but failed to see any disclaimer - which indicated a private author. That means there is undoubtedly a lot of vulnerabilities.

I read what Chris had written as well in reply which sounds right.

Markus sounds like they are a bit narcissistic, and yes, those sort of people often believe if they talk to even the parents or good friends of someone they don't like, are agitated by, or feel threatened by, - they feel they will be believed in preference over the "victim."
