In one of Chaos Revenant's old Event suggestions, he mentioned He Who Hungers. He never posted a description, so I'm taking it upon myself.
He Who Hungers is the sworn enemy of a forum. He may have been the victim of a lame ban, he may have encountered severe xenophobia, or he may just not like them for whatever reason. Whatever his motivation, he won't stop until the guilty forum has been reduced to ashes. His methods vary as well - he may troll the site, turning members on each other until no one wishes to stay. He may frame veteran members and get them banned, destroying the core of the site. He may bot-spam his target with shock pictures, inane garbage, and maybe even viruses. Or he might simply hack and destroy the offending site, and maybe send viruses to everyone as well. He may or may not be alone. Only one thing is certain - once you've run afoul of this man, there's no escaping his rage.

ALL of chopper's ideas are just rehashes of old ones. This is just Godzilla, but more intentional. Possibly a bit of rebel leader built in.
