So you want me to perform.
Ok lets dish out something totally innane .
I though the forum being down yesterday might scare everyone into writing. Anyhow it was fixed by the staff before I even got a chance to email them.
In other news, forumcity canned my six month old forum without warning - nor have they responded. _________________ The important thing is knowing who owns the fence |

I don't want a performance so much as confirmation that this place hasn't finally bought the farm.
...And inane only has two N's. *OCD grammarian tendencies*
Also, I've recently discovered that when I talk, I'm easily batshit crazy enough to mind-rape people on an eldritch abomination level. Apparently typing hides this considerably, because speech is almost instant, whereas typing gives me some time to think about what I'm conveying.
If anyone wants to hear me be batshit crazy -- because I've discovered that I'm also a total mic whore -- PM me and I'll tell you the most cost-effective way to turn your brain into liquid unobtanium. _________________ Everything that has transpired in this thread has done so according to my design.

I realized just after I posted, but didn't bother to edit it - besides I knew it'd draw out any Grammarians lurking.
Time for you to hop on the rack. _________________ The important thing is knowing who owns the fence |

A thread about nothing would be interesting. Seinfeld fans would agree. _________________ I bought batteries that weren't included, so I had to buy them again. |

Yes. Yes. Do it. Do it now.
... Or not. I'll probably do it never, though. I'm... Uh.
Busy. Yeah. _________________ Everything that has transpired in this thread has done so according to my design.

One I've noticed about Grammarian trolls is that they love to nitpick on misspelled words that spell check can easily overlook.
Once in a while if I sense one lurking in the shadows, I might intentionally mispell a word like (there/they're/their.... your/you're.....etc). One time on youtube I tried with" An she's buying the stareway (stairway) to heaven, and I wasn't disappointed. _________________ I bought batteries that weren't included, so I had to buy them again. |

I love mentioning Star Wars in a Star Trek thread. Or the reverse.
Like, "That's almost as cool as when Picard blew up the second Death Star." _________________ -

I didn't know which warrior this one falls under. This comes more into play on forums are over moderated. Some well established members can use this to their advantage against newer members. It's pretty simple actually. Knowing the right buzz words to use against newer members that gets under the TOS radar. Member might lash back not knowing where the borderline, and the perpetrator then cries to the admin (censor him/her or have them kicked off)
If there is no name I would name it the "Cindy Brady" warrior. Anyone whose seen "The Brady Bunch" as a kid has probably seen her tattle many times. lol
or call it "tattletale warrior" etc.
These are the kind of warriors that should be fed to the evil clowns. _________________ I bought batteries that weren't included, so I had to buy them again. |

I'd guess that's Picador
Skirting the TOS, is pretty much something one could employ in strict Groups to get their target being placed on moderated status or booted completely. Then sit back and watch the fun as the inevitable squabble unfolds. Back in the day though it wasn't out in the open but more behind the scenes emailing one on one, which I think works better for a Picador as they can tailor each response to those involved, but being careful not to be caught out deliberately lying. _________________ The important thing is knowing who owns the fence |

I recall about five years ago there was this pokersite (Goldenpalacepokerl.) That had real time chat lobby, and low and behold I learned there was quite a clique of regulars who rarely chatted about poker. Anyways I learned later from a former (cliquester or whatever) that they used the MSN conference chat to coordinate with the lobby chat. Simular to what fence mentioned about members sending PM's.
Interestingly I learned from various forums that msn and/or yahoo chat messenger was used amongst cliques to coordinate their postings in the forum. I never took part in those because it I suspected it was mostly backbiting against other members.
I remember this nic "texasmom" from pokersite lobby, who was one of the leaders, would post something in the lobby like all everyone MSN NOW!!. Like I said before I had no idea what went on behind the scenes until a member told me months later. _________________ I bought batteries that weren't included, so I had to buy them again. |
