Pirate.
A given. These warriors seem to turm up every now and again. Some flagrantly disregard the forum rules, others skirt around them. They want to aquire, for free, software or other products, but not the free type. Some will agrue it is an outdated product, so they should be able to get a copy. Some will say X sucks and it should be free. Others are sly, but none the less, it is conveyed they'd like a copy of X. Once Admin notes such members are flagrantly disregarding forum rules, they will of course, quickly sink their boat.
Other Half.
The description is a bit rough. (I'm having an odd feeling its been described before. Ah I think I found what was bothering me. Significant Other by K, August 29, 2001 - however very different, they meant actual member in person taking on the fight midstream)
These warriors might not continuously mention their partner, but seem to spend a lot of time echoing what hubby thinks or does. They will sum up any matters in an arguement, by noting, they are agreeing with what their hubby thinks or knows to be fact. Many are blunt, and take a neutral stance, by stating they are merely repeating what hubby has said/thinks, but then go on to push the barrow. This is convenient when cornered and it is finally realised it is hopeless, and they distance themselves from, "what they have repeated". They seem careful not to blame hubby, tending to put it down to some communication glitch.
Trying to impress upon them, their hubby is misguided can lead to stupid fluffy comments that mention they are clueless but won't draw any conclusions hubby is wrong. eg. "oh look, I don't understand the ins and outs- I really wouldn't know...except what hubby tells me - I'm not trained at ...", or "Its no good trying to explain that to me, I'm no good at that type of stuff, however hubby ..." . I can't imagine why, they are talking about whatever, in the first place. . _________________ The important thing is knowing who owns the fence
