Hello, here is my suggestion.

Confused Monkey

When you first begin to know this person, you won't know exactly what to think. Maybe they are a Bong, maybe sometimes they are drinking heavily as they type their semi intelligent replies. You would never mistake them for a Loopy type of person. A lot of the time they write really normal stuff.

No one really knows until tempers rise and terse explanations and emotions are flying left west and crooked. Then the picture clears when Confused Monkey is making replies or possibly an attack, but few have any idea what or who they are replying to. Are they being obscure, making vague hints or seeing something that's written between the lines. Because at times you will swear that's the case, until they make their next reply.

Sometimes it's like an alien species trying to blend in, or some scripted AI gone wrong. Even a Bong has got it more together, and it's hard to fathom why anyone with half a brain, would write such confusing replies.

But, soon the rest of the forumers are asking what they mean, and slowly but surely their posts are shorter with more CAPS, and plain that they do not mean to be misunderstood.

Interesting, but at the moment I'm worn out and tired and can't place the type though as I read it at the moment (read headache, exhausted, annoyed) it sounds like a version of Garble.

This just sounds like someone who has a breakdown and begins spamming a site in a banal and idiotic manner. Most people don't ask what it means when someone devolves into nonsensical all-caps. It's apparent the person in question is trying too hard to get a response.
