The NoThread may be against a Forum, a person, or an idea. The NoThread then proceeds to...

Forum-Hater: Tries to end all threads posted in that forum by posting something like "DONT POST IN THIS THREAD LET IT SINK," or talking about the other forums to get the thread to sink.

Person-Hater Tries to get all threads created by a specific forumer to sink, for example saying "THIS IDEA IS DUMB LETS GO POST IN (insert thread here)." If the thread of the hated person becomes popular (sometimes when it gets the "Hot" logo), the NoThread warrior starts flaming the person.

Idea-Hater Tries to get all threads about a certain idea to sink. Sometimes this is done to person-hate a fanboy. For example, with a Rap Fanboy, the NoThread will try to close any of his topics, any topics in a Rap forum, or any topics pertaining to Rap.

Thread-Hater Tries to kill all threads in general regardless of forum, originator, or topic.

These people often are banned. Person-Hating NoThreads can be a specialized version of Stalker. His natural enemy is the Necormancer. He may also tell mods to close a forum in an attempt to kill it, which often gets him banned.

When he finally gives up, he usually exits saying "You guys have bad tastes and interests... bye!"

Hi there. Don't be too concerned if something has be described before. That is all part of creating. I think Mindbender would cover this warrior, and some aspects would be covered by the Wrapper.

Somewhere along the line most ideas have been thought of before, just not expressed very well or forgotten. Anyhow some good ideas spring forth from other comments being made, esp trying to figure out what sort of warrior they are refering to exactly.

We all suffer from Transference, so when we see a description, we think of it in terms of warriors who might fit the profile. It is of no surprise that other people get a diferent idea from time to time, and one of the reasons I believe many people were keen to see the guestbook move to a forum type format.

BTW Transference has not yet been described as a Factor esp in regards to online situations in the Art of Flame War forum..

Transference by definition (2)- except here, we are fitting warrior type we know or would expect to be like around a suggestion. It is not until someone actively explores the boundry of the definition, that we realise either the suggestion may encompasses a larger section of the online community than previously thought, or we were thinking of an enitirely different warrior.
