Poison in the Candy: A fairly strong warrior. Her defense is the same as her offense: sickening kindness, to the point of mocking, with very subtle but often effective barbs. If her mother is insulted, she will extend sympathies to the opponent for his own bad childhood that must have "caused his present issues." Instead of directly ripping someone apart for not having read the current literature on the debate topic, she will post links to Amazon.com for book purchases and give tips on library research, and offer assistance with their further exploration of the topic (tacitly claiming higher expertise). Ends retaliation posts with *hugs*, "Hope that helped!" and the like. This enrages most opponents, except the ones too stupid to notice her allusions, and Poison gets a kick out of flustering her opponents while looking innocent.
Clara Barton With A Blowtorch: A nice, chatty poster who seems only mildly involved in the topics, more there for forum socialization, and avoids combat until one of her friends gets injured. Then she tends to her wounded ally, and proceeds to let loose on the offender with a surprisingly vicious attack that proves she has been paying attention after all. However, after a short-lived barrage of quick, cutting replies, she'll end with "This is a waste of time" and ignore further goading until another ally falls. |

Hmm... I really like Poison Candy and I don't think she's been suggested yet. I'm almost possitive I've seen her (almost always female) before. She is indeed a strong warrior and irksome warrior. It takes a bit of creative thinking to defeat her, as I can't see direct attacks working on her.
CBWAB sounds like a Big Cat coming to her friend's aid, but her interest in the fight quickly wanes and she withdraws. |
