I posted in a forum that had someone like the following, but I don't know if anyone similar has been posted yet.
Der Fuhrer is a forumer whose arrogance leads him to believe he is the "ruler" of the forum by divine right, and will usually surround himself with cronies. He usually comes down like a ton of bricks on those who disagree with his views, telling them they are ruining the forum, etc, while all the while blinded to his own behaviour. He believes that HE and HE alone is right.
Der Fuhrer is almost Xenophobic, indeed, he will ally with Xenophobes, Big Dog and Netiquette Nazi in order to maintain a hold over fellow forumers.
Der Fuhrer's only real opponents are Admin (obviously) and Rebel Leader, who may end up replacing him.

Perhaps Xenophobe should be rewritten. People don't seem to get them unless they've seen 'em.
