Actually, on a board I used to frequent a few years back, I started a sort of "civil war" in the Newbie Forum. (In theory: the part of the board where new members could get help/ask questions, in practice: a big joke and favorite spamming ground for veterans).
Anyway, we were mostly ignored by the mods untill I (being a headstrong little Rotweiler Puppy ) decided to move the war to the Off-Topic forum, which was more or less the part of the board most dominated by old-timers and Royals. I soon discovered that this was a huge mistake. The mods of that board soon swooped down and threatened me and my fellow combatants with banning. The war died down soon after.
I thought this was the end of it, but maybe 6 or so months later some young upstart began a new war in some other distant part of the board. Soon all the old factions from the first war were re-united. I think Episode 2 came out in theatres around then, so people started posting star wars images and such in their signatures (all the while doing stupid spoofs and Darth Vader impressions). The boards quickly erupted into total chaos, and every new thread posted had something to do with "the war".
It turned out that most of the Admins had been away for sometime, so during this 2nd world war the forums were basically un-modded. Naturally the Administration wasn't particularily happy when they found that their board had become home to a massive spam war.

Those two incest forums shall be smote most mightily. They shall be smote with seven plagues and then a couple more, just to really press the point. Pirates, loopys, bongs, compost, ALLCAPS, Leetspeak, Issues, are my initial goals. Phase one: pirates, phase two:loopy, etc.
Perhaps an eighth plague of Ferrous Cranus/Stone Deaf might be useful, especially after the Issues Plague....

You forgot to name the two biggest weapons in a Trollers arsenal. You have some talent, that is true, but you are more an apprentice before the might of others here.
Grenades are all good and well, but they lack the personal touch that is the mark of true trolling. Saying things that outright disgust and offend people such as:
"When i grow up i want to be just like Mohammad Atta"
