Editor in Chief is notorious for editing his posts when the tides are rising against him. Usually when in a heated debate, Editor in Chief will switch the words around in his post and act like nothing happened.
Most warriors will notice this, and point it out. He will squirm and delete his messages in an attempt to save face, and will leave the thread with a stained reputation.
Minor Editor in Chief's will submit posts without proof-reading them, and will edit their posts a maximum of ten times. _________________ God rocks. |

I've seen the evidence of a few of those type of warriors - esp around Tech forums.. They can't stand to lose or be wrong amongst other things. I'v e seen evidence of subtle word rearrangemnt, which reflects differently. They are esp annoying when reading old threads which they have changed/deleted their posts. Sometimes it requires a bit of guess work to try and work out who said what, but in many cases members have woken up to them and always quote in full.
They seem to "beg" the same question on forums that have removed the ability to edit or remove a post - "can we have edit ".
My spelling is bad, I'm half blind and a chook could type faster more accurately, so I if I can, I do edit my posts, but I don't mind admitting I made mistakes. _________________ The important thing is knowing who owns the fence |

Definitely a good suggestion. I'd add that they earn the ignominy of Tireless Rebutters, who tend to single them out for destruction. _________________

This seems exactly like the "perry white" suggestion that I'm too lazy to dig up. _________________ I've got good news:

It sounds awully familiar to me, too. I'll check the list, but I'm pretty sure this is a repeat, although I think this was mentioned as a discombobulating tactic rather than a warior per se. _________________ The Average Woman Would Rather Have Beauty Than Brains Because The Average Man Can See Better Than He Can Think |

Perhaps this would be better as a strategy? I've seen it used, but not in a gimmick - like fashion

That it's the Night of the Living Threads. People are responding to necroed posts like they are new.

I think it's a good sign because it seems to be coming with less rehash suggestions. _________________ I've got good news:

The effects of deft necromancy can be likened to the phenomenon in Hamlin...watch in horror as the forum children follow the Pied Piper's tune down the path and disappear into the archives.

I like it in the archives - it's quiet there and I get to catch a few zzzzs. _________________ The Average Woman Would Rather Have Beauty Than Brains Because The Average Man Can See Better Than He Can Think |
