Reactionary is a warrior whose strength depends entirely upon the illusion he has a case. At first he may fight honorably, but once it becomes clear he's out-classed his true nature emerges. Rather than throw in the towel, he uses off-the-cuff replies, witty one-liners, red herrings, and out-right derailments to divert attention from the core of the argument. He always replies as soon as possible, reacting to whatever was said in the most misdirecting manner possible. Fighting becomes less about proving his side and more about making the other guy quit.
As far as Reactionary is concerned, any victory is a good one, so if he can't win a battle of wits he may as well get a rise out of trolling. Though tenacious, Reactionary's sometimes troll-like nature relies on other people getting flustered and giving up, or getting trapped in endless off-topic debate. He is particularly vulnerable to on-topic discussion, indifference, and cannot thrive where no one falls for his distractions. As such, Reactionary will rapidly lose steam when facing off against Lamer or Android.

In what way? Evil Clown is a warrior who pretends his insults are just jokes. Reactionary is someone so dead-set on winning anything he will (for one example) derail a battle he started and try to win the derailment. _________________

Hmmm... I've seen this before, too. On an old forum, A newbie came that was looking for whatever victory she could find, it didn't matter what it was. This warrior stayed, and developed into a Rotweiller puppy and eventually a Big Dog. _________________ There are three kinds of people: Those who can count, and those who can't. |

I didn't actually read your description. I just say "Sounds like Evil Clown" on Mondays. Sort of a nervous tic, that's all. _________________ Evil Clown/Therapist, longtime warrior of online writing forums. |
