This tactic is a favourite of my suggested Shotgun, but is always pulled off with less than stunning accuracy.
The aattacker atempts to unleash a series of devastatng, short, and ultimatly to many, ideas and responses to his oppoent, and then proceeds to bomb the emplacements of his allies or himself.
A typical situation is as follows.
Pieman
I think tank rushes rock.

True, but I don't think you understand exactly why an artilery bombardment is better than a tank rush.

But with a tank rush you get more immedaite casualties in on your target, but it is slightly more risky

That and theres relativly little danger of him opening up with his own artilery, but antitank emplacements, tanks main killers, tank em out quick

2)HELLO #$ said that artilery are very dngerous agiasnt tanks, but he can't shot them!!!11one!!
Its more of a mess up than a tactic though, but it can be used if you want to chause mass chaos.

Nah ah, there are key differences.
1) Carpet bombing is rofered, and plausuble, as I stated, 'smart' bombs are ahphazardly prepared and even more shoddily aimed at the foe, often resulting in bombing his own lines rather than his enemies.
2) Smart Bombs is used by weaker warriors, and as such have almost no punch in the argument.
3) It normally makes the warrior look an idiot.

Ahhh... so "smart" is in quotes to indicate it isn't smart, but is sold that way. Could you elaborate a little more on how one crafts a smart bomb? Your example's a little hard to follow without knowing what to look for.
